This is a lovely Omani ring from the 1940s or 50s. It was worn on the index finger and is known as a "Shahid" or witness ring. Omani women commonly wore a ring on each of her ten fingers.  One style for each ring.

This ring, made from silver has hand incised circular and line patterns and the ring is arrow-shaped.  It is in good vintage condition and tests as good grade silver.  

• The face measures 2.5 x 1.2 cm (1  x 1/2").
• It weighs 5.7 grams.
• It measures US 7 1/2 at its middle.
